- Is your browser compatible? JSpell Evolution Pro is compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5+ and Firefox 1.5+.
- Was the correct server type selected during installation?
- Was the installation run as an Administrator, if not, please retry using an Administrator/root level account.
- If a license key was entered, is it current (issued after March 31st, 2009)?
- If you installed the JSpell service, confirm that it is running http://localhost:53170/jspellEvolution.
- If you are using IIS or PHP, did you install the JSpell service? If not, please retry the installation and install the JSpell service (default).
- If you are testing on Windows Server 2003 or 2008, and you have Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration enabled, make sure that your own server is added to the trusted security zone (res://ieframe.dll/IESechelp.htm).
